If you are heading out to Beijing for the Olympics this summer or even on just planning on enjoying all the action from the comfort of your beanbag, you could do worse than pay careful attention to the latest rallying cry coming from China.
Chinese officials have unleashed a new Olympic Cheer on the nation and by the time the Games come around in August, they are urging every competing nation to adopt the cheer as their own to give encouragement to every country and athlete in competition.
An illustrated guide to the cheer - consisting of two handclaps and a thumbs-up gesture followed by another two handclaps and your fists being pumped into the air triumpantly - will appear on Chinese television and promotional posters in the near future.

Meanwhile
The Beijing News also reports that students across the country, including some 800,000 who will watch the Games on- site, are to be trained in the cheer while the 448 volunteers will lead spectators in the cheer at both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
So whether you are shouting 'Go China!' 'Go Great Britain!' or 'Go Uzbekistan!', get into it and get clapping - there are an awful lot of people in China to outcheer!
