Red stickers tomorrow for Ayton-Webb-Rawlinson as a 71,4 puts them into the medal race in third place.

A first for Bryony Shaw sees her up to fourth

1435: RS:X Men
Nick Dempsey, in third overnight, closes the gap on the top two sailors with a bullet in race 7.

1359: Laser Radial
A great day's racing for Penny Clark - a 2,5,10 sees her in second overall and into her first ever medal race.  In tenth, Lizzie Vickers also makes her first medal race.

1321: 49er
A bullet from Race 9 - the last race of the day for the class - sees Paul Campbell James and Mark Asquith up to second place overall and into their first ever medal race.

A great start to the day from Penny Clark, with 2,5 so far and one race still to come today.  Lizzie Vickers, Andrea Brewster and Charlotte Dobson all go OCS in race 9.
