1110: Tornado
Race 6: A bad start to the day for GBR 441 - Rob Wilson and Mark Bulkeley - who are black flagged at the race start

1140: Laser
Race 8: Birthday boy Giles Scott, Charles Baillie Strong and Luke Breen Turner all pick up black flags at the start of race 8

1201: 2.4mR
Race 6: Helena Lucas is a little bit off the pace, with a sixth from the first race of the day.  Megan Pascoe posts a seventh, and Michael Cogswell tenth.

1233: Laser Radial
Race 7: Harriette Trumble is back on the water following her head wound yesterday, finishing race 7 in in 11th.  Charlotte Dobson is 24th

1247: Tornado
Race 6: Leigh McMillan and Will Howden are back up to third, with a third from their opening race of the day. Andy Walsh and Ed Barney are in 14th overall after a 16th place from race 6, while Wilson-Bulkeley's black flag puts them down to 20th

1327: Tornado
Race 7: Wilson-Bulkeley are black flagged at the race start for the second time today

1329: Laser
Race 8: Defending champion Paul Goodison picks up a bullet in his first race of the day.  Nick Thompson crosses in sixth

1345: Finn
Race 5: A great start to the day for Matt Howard, whose third from race 5 puts him up to third overall

1353: 2.4mR
Race 8: Megan Pascoe ends the day on a high, with a bullet from the final race of the day.  Helena Lucas crosses in fourth, and Michael Cogswell in fifth

1405: Tornado
Race 7: Another strong showing for McMillan-Howden - they're second in race seven, and up to second overall

1421: Laser Radial
Race 8: Charlotte Dobson scores an eighth, but Harriette Trumble is black flagged

1434: 49er
Race 7: A wobbly start to the day's racing for top Brits Dave Evans and Rick Peacock, with a 21st in race 7

1512: Laser
Race 9: A second straight bullet for Goodison sees him up to third overall, within three points of the series leader, Australia's Tom Slingsby.  Nick Thompson crosses in fourth

1521: 470 Men
Race 9: A 14th for McGovern-Mapplebeck to put them in 18th overall

1534: 49er
Races 9 & 10: Evans and Peacock maintain their seventh place with a 17,1 from the second and third races of the day for the skiff class

1549: Finn
Race 6: A 17th squeezed Matt Howard back outside the top three, while Ed Greig breaks inside the top ten with the help of a sixth from race 6

1549: Tornado
Race 8: A fifth for McMilland-Howden sees them safely in second - Spaniards Echavarri and Paz in third are black flagged at the race start

1703: Laser
Race 10: Goodison puts in a second to sit in fourth overall - on equal points with third.  It's tight at the top of the Laser leaderboard, with jsut four points making the difference between first and fourth.

Race 10: A bullet for Charlotte Dobson sees her up to eighth overall
